We source all of our earth minerals from ethical sources that do not use any form of child labor or slavery.

Our name, Araza, comes from a super rare fruit grown in South America. The Araza Fruit grows in the jungles of the amazon. Due to it's nutraceutical like properties it has some pretty impressive skin loving benefits; like reversing the visible signs of aging and boosting collagen production.Highly regarded for its nutraceutical properties like a high polyphenol, carotenoid and Vitamin C content (double that of an orange) we knew we had to get it in our products. We wild pick it from the jungles of the amazon (sounds so romantic I know) and it is immediately turned it into an extract so that it retains it's skin healing properties.

araza fruit benefits

1.packed with polyphenols

Polyphenols are a type of antioxidant. When applied topically to your skin, studies have found that they protect against ultraviolet radiation. Polyphenols also protect against skin aging by facilitating skin repair and promoting new skin cell regeneration.

2. high carotenoid content

Specifically, zeinoxanthin, lutein, zeaxanthin, and β-cryptoxanthin, and pro vitamin A (retinol) activity α-carotene and β-carotene. Applied topically carotenoids have been clinically shown to reverse signs of aging and sun damaged skin and increase cell turnover. They have also been shown to protect against skin cancer. Studies have proved that skin with depleted carotenoid content looks much older than skin with higher levels of carotenoids. Your skin benefits from both topical application of products with carotenoids and ingesting them. Foods with a high carotenoid content include spinach, carrots, winter squash and sweet potatoes.

3. high concentration of vitamin c

Araza fruit has twice the amount of Vitamin C as an orange. Since your body cannot produce vitamin C by itself it must be replenished daily; both topically and through your diet. In skincare, Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant hunting down all those free-radicals. It works to brighten, firm and smooth your skin. It also may be beneficial in promoting collagen production which will lead to more elastic and stronger looking skin. Also, keep in mind this is a natural source of vitamin C and not a lab produced vitamin C found in many skincare products.
