Shipping & Return Policies
We hope every Araza ritual feels beautiful on your skin. If something isn’t quite for you, we offer exchanges, refunds, or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Conditions apply.
Steps To Returning for Credit, Exchange or Refund:
- Visit our self-service returns portal HERE
- Follow the prompts to submit your return or exchange request.
- If approved, you’ll receive next steps (and a return label, if needed).
Return Policy:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be unused or gently used
- Eligible returns may be refunded to your original payment method, issued as store credit, or exchanged for the same product
FINAL SALE ITEMS (NON-REFUNDABLE)
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sample sizes
- Discontinued items
- Makeup brushes & pencil sharpeners
- Gift cards
- Gift With Purchase (GWP) qualifying orders
- Shipping Insurance
SETS & DUOS (PARTIAL EXCHANGE ELIGIBILITY)
If you purchase a set or duo that includes tools or powders, only select complexion products may be eligible for exchange:
- Fresh Face Starter Set: Only the concealer and foundation are eligible for exchange. The blending brush and finishing powder are final sale.
- Coconut Cream Complexion Duo: Only the foundation is eligible for exchange. The brush is final sale.
EXCHANGES & RETURN LIMITS
- Exchanged items are final sale and not eligible for return
- We provide one return label or exchange per order
RETURN SHIPPING
- No restocking fees
- If your return requires shipping for a defective product, we’ll provide a pre-paid return label
- Refunds: For U.S. returns wanting a refund, a $4 label fee will be deducted from your refund. For international returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Exchanges: return shipping is free
We reserve the right to refuse returns or service in cases of misuse or abuse of this policy.
Shipping Policy:
Most of our orders are shipped USPS Standard Shipping within 1-2 business days of purchase from our Cheney, Wa. location. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-10 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental US, or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska.
If you need your package sooner, please select USPS Priority Shipping. Keep it mind your order will still take 1-2 business days to process.
We are a small team so during our Sale Events, please expect your order to process within 2-3 business days due to higher volume.
Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Our warehouse does not process orders on the weekend or U.S. holidays.
We do ship International to select countries via USPS International Shipping. Shipping times vary.
Once an order leaves our warehouse and is collected by USPS we are no longer responsible for your package.
Lost Packages:
If you insured your package with Araza Shipping Protection during checkout, please reach out to us directly on live chat, send us an email at shipping@arazabeauty.com or file a claim here and we'll help take care of your lost, damaged in transit, or stolen packages.
Claims for packages marked delivered yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy”, must be made 5 days after the “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or found within the premises.
Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not delivered), must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last scan.
If you did not include any package protection in your order, Araza Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim with the carrier.
We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered or the address was entered incorrectly during checkout.
Damaged/Faulty Products:
If your product arrives damaged we will replace it free of charge. Please notify us within 7 days upon receiving it, so we can quickly get your replacement sent to you.
