How long does a sample size of product last?

Our cream foundation samples should give you enough for 1 application. The rest of our product samples should give you 2-3 applications depending on the amount used.

 

What are Araza Natural Beauty Products Made from?? 

We take great pride in researching and sourcing only the most pure and highest quality organic and natural earth based ingredients from around the world.  Our beauty products are made from natural ocuring minerals, raw earth and plant based ingredients and healthy skin-loving fats. We want you to know exactly what you are putting on your skin so each product page has an ingredient breakdown. We try to use ingredients in unprocessed free form as much as possible.

We will never formulate our products with parabens, chemicals, unnecessary fillers, sulfates, phthalates, Triclosan, artificial fragrances or colors. 

Are the Products Cruelty Free?

Yes, all of our products are cruelty free. We do not test on animals

Are Araza Beauty Products vegan?

The following products are all strict vegan products: Citrus Illuminating Raw Beauty Oil, Fresh Mineral Cheek Colors, Fresh Mineral Sunshine Bronzer, Vitamin Boost Hydrating Face Mist, Avocado Butter Eye + Brow Pencil, Coconut Charcoal + Sea Greens Treatment Mask, Primer + Finishing Translucent Clay Powder.

Some of our products contain Certified Organic Beeswax. Beeswax is vegetarian as no animals are harmed or killed in the process of obtaining the beeswax. It's in the best interest to the beekeeper to give the bees the best living conditions possible. The following products contain Certified Organic Beeswax: Coconut Cream Foundation, Coconut Corrective Cream Concealer, Rejuvenating Coconut Lip Color, Sweet Mint Healthy Lip Balm. 

Are the Products Gluten Free?

Yes, all are gluten free.

Are there any preservatives in the makeup?

We use absolutely no artificial preservatives in our makeup. We have found certain plant based ingredients to be natural preservatives so we have choose to formulate our products using them. However, we still recommend using the product within 6 months of purchase.  

Where is it Made?

Araza Natural Beauty products are made at a small manufacturing facility in the USA.

What is your Return Policy?

We hope you will love your Araza Natural Beauty products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied,  you can return the product within 30 days from date of purchase for an in store credit, same product exchange (different color), or refund.

We do not offer in store credits, product exchanges, or refunds on Sample Items, Discontinued Items or any of our Make-up Brushes.  

Steps To Returning for Credit, Exchange or Refund:

1. Email us at service@arazabeauty.com, subject line Credit plus Order #, Exchange plus Order #, or Refund plus Order # and a brief description of why you wish to return for credit, exchange or refund.   

2. We will send you a prepaid shipping label via email. For US orders only. International returns are required to pay their own return shipping. 

3. Once we receive the product we will issue you an in-store credit or refund for the amount of the item being returned or send out the exchanged item to you.  

We can only offer in-store credit, exchanges or refunds for items purchased at arazabeauty.com.

Gift Cards may not be returned.
