We recommend using each Araza product within 12 months from date of purchase.
We use mineral derived colorants like zinc oxide, iron oxides and micas. We do not use FD&C or D&C dyes, carbon black etc.
We use both, but we make sure the mica is only coated with safe pigments like iron oxides, carmine and tin oxides. We make sure that there is no chromium oxide green, fd&c colors, or coal tar derived dyes used. Because our products are colored, most of them use mica.
Yes, the zinc oxide that we use is noncoated, untreated, and non nano particle sized.

We use Certified Organic Fractioned Coconut Oil (MCT oil) in our coconut containing products. This amazing oil has all of the skin-loving benefits of Raw Coconut Oil but without the potential of clogging your pores that can lead to breakouts. MCT oil is coconut oil that has had the heavy, long chain fatty acid removed, resulting in an oil that is lightweight, more shelf-stable, still full of healthy, skin- nourishing fatty acids and is much more easily absorbed. FYI: Raw coconut oil does not cause clogged pores or breakouts in everyone. For some it works as a fabulous moisturizer in raw form.
We use absolutely no artificial preservatives!! We use a natural alternative in our cream products called Lactobacillus Ferment & Lactobacillus & Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Fruit Extract (in short, coconut post biotic). It's made just how it sounds...by taking coconut and fermenting it with lactobacillus (non dairy). The results produce a powerful postbiotic ingredient that acts as a completely natural preservative preventing the growth of molds, funguses and bad bacteria. It's why our products are good for atleast 6 months from date of purchase but still contain only clean organic ingredients. This amazing ingredient also has some pretty impressive skincare benefits. We hope you will love your Araza Natural Beauty products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return the product within 30 days from date of purchase for an in store credit, same product exchange, or refund.
Return products must be unused or gently used. We do not offer in store credits, product exchanges, or refunds on Sample Items, Discontinued Items or any of our Make-up Brushes. Individual products from a kit and all bonus products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All qualifying orders placed during a gift with purchase promotion are final sale and may not be returned.
We do not offer returns on previously exchanged items and we only offer one pre-paid return label per order.
We monitor returns and reserve the right to refuse service to anyone that may misuse or abuse the policy.
Steps To Returning for Credit, Exchange or Refund: 1. Email us at shipping@arazabeauty.com, subject line Credit plus Order #, Exchange plus Order #, or Refund plus Order # and a brief description of why you wish to return for credit, exchange or refund.
2. We will send you a prepaid shipping label via email. For US orders only. International returns are required to pay their own return shipping. You must mail us back the product you wish to exchange, receive a refund or in store credit on.
3. Once we receive the product we will issue you an in-store credit or refund for the amount of the item being returned or send out the exchanged item to you. We can only offer in-store credit, exchanges or refunds for items purchased at arazabeauty.com. Gift Cards may not be returned.
Sometimes the USPS marks it as delivered but it will actually show up the next business day. Please allow one week for it to arrive and if it doesn’t check with your local post office to see if they can update you. If they cannot, please let us know!
US via USPS and Canada via USPS international. We do ship to certain countries worldwide too. Please let us know where you are from so, we can determine if we ship there or not. If not, we may be able to start shipping to your location.

Shipping Policy:
Most of our orders are shipped USPS Standard Shipping within 1-2 business days of purchase from our Cheney, Wa. location. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 5-10 business days of its ship date if you are located within the continental US, or 2-4 weeks if you are located in Hawaii or Alaska.
If you need your package sooner, please select USPS Priority Shipping. Keep it mind your order will still take 1-2 business days to process.
We are a small team so during our Sale Events, please expect your order to process within 2-3 business days due to higher volume.
Any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Our warehouse does not process orders on the weekend or U.S. holidays.
We do ship International to select countries via USPS International Shipping. Shipping times vary.

Claims for packages marked delivered yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy”, must be made 5 days after the “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not mis-delivered or found within the premises.
Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not delivered), must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last scan.
If you did not include any package protection in your order, Araza Beauty is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. If you feel as though your package has been lost, please submit a claim with the carrier.
We are not responsible for providing refunds if your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered or the address was entered incorrectly during checkout.
